Supacalls provides an AI-powered phone answering service specifically designed for plumbing businesses. The Service includes call answering, emergency screening, job qualification, and calendar integration features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Payment terms include:

  • Monthly billing on the same date each month
  • 14-day free trial for new customers
  • Pricing based on selected plan (Starter, Professional, or Premium)
  • No setup fees or cancellation penalties
  • Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No long-term contracts required. Cancel anytime with no penalties.

6. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supacalls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
