At Supacalls, we want you to feel completely confident in choosing our AI receptionist to handle your calls. This Refund Policy explains how trials, payments, cancellations, and refunds work for your Supacalls subscription.

Free Trial

All new Supacalls accounts include a 14-day free trial. During this trial, you can explore all features of the plan you selected without being charged.

Automatic Billing

When your 14-day trial ends, your selected plan (monthly or yearly) will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged the corresponding subscription fee through Paddle, our secure payment partner.

If you wish to avoid charges, make sure to cancel before the trial period expires.

Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your experience. If you're not happy with Supacalls after your first payment, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial charge.

Refunds are generally not available for:

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log into your Supacalls account.
  2. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription.
  3. Click Request Refund or contact our support team at support@supacalls.com.

Refunds are processed via Paddle, and it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Settings page. When you cancel, you'll retain access to Supacalls until the end of your current billing period — no further charges will occur.
